Lisa Whitacre, (owner of Creative Photos by Lisa), got her start in photography in high school back in the late 1980's. After winning awards for her work  Lisa continued her education and In the summer of 1999 Creative Photos was formed.  Clients were extremely pleased with the 5 star service and Creative Photos grew on a referral basis.
